I'm writing as someone who benefited from an Australia where hard work opened doors.

Like many of my generation, while I had struggles of my own - I had the opportunity to work, buy a home, and build a strong future for my family. I'm concerned that younger Australians are now facing a system where the burden falls heavily on income earned during their working years — often when they're paying off university fees, raising families, and trying to secure housing.

That isn't the future I want for my children or grandchildren.

Even if sensible reform comes at some cost to people like me, I believe it is important to rebalance the system so work is properly rewarded and younger Australians have the same opportunities we enjoyed.

Please support responsible, budget-neutral reform that restores fairness and strengthens Australia's long-term future.
